Scribbles of Sanity is a therapeutic writing and coaching experience for women who feel
overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or quietly stuck in survival mode.
This is not journaling in the traditional sense, it’s so much more.
Through reflective writing, honest conversation, and gentle coaching, I help women gently
untangle the thoughts, emotions, and stories they’ve been carrying for too long.
The page becomes somewhere to exhale, process and somewhere to hear yourself clearly
again.
Because so many women are carrying so much in today’s society, while feeling completely
disconnected from their sense of self.
My work is about helping women reconnect with themselves gently, honestly, and without
pressure to become somebody else in the process.
The women I work with are often carrying a lot quietly.
Comparison.
Grief.
Burnout.
People pleasing.
Anxiety.
Overthinking.
Responsibility.
The feeling that somewhere along the way, they lost themselves a little.
I create reflective spaces that help women slow down, reconnect with themselves, and
create meaningful change in a way that feels supportive instead of overwhelming.

intentional shifts that help life feel lighter, steadier, and more like your own again.

Hello, I’m Emily,
I’m not your typical coach. My work is rooted in lived experience, not just theory.
I know what it feels like to lose yourself beneath the demands of motherhood, caregiving, responsibility, anxiety, and self-doubt. For a long time, I looked like I was coping on the outside while feeling completely disconnected on the inside.
Through reflection, writing, and gentle self-discovery, I found my way back to myself, not by becoming someone new, but by reconnecting with who I had always been.
Now, I help women move from survival mode, overthinking, and feeling invisible to feeling grounded, confident, and connected to themselves again. Together, we create space to rebuild self-trust, rediscover their voice, and live more intentionally.
Because sometimes the most powerful transformation isn't changing who you are but it's remembering who you were before the world asked you to be everything for everyone else.
